Our Story

At Green Mountain Iron Fitness, it is our mission to transform lives through high quality personal training services. We offer 1-on-1 personal training, semi-private, and small group training. Our methodology focuses on utilizing strength training and conditioning to elevate performance in sports, hobbies, and daily activities, while also enhancing overall health and well-being.

Each of our training programs is tailored to and purposefully designed to meet the unique goals of each client we serve. We combine proven and effective training protocols with a focus on finding what is enjoyable, sustainable, and realistic for each individual.
We firmly believe that training and exercise can be the catalyst for overall well-being, positively impacting various aspects of life beyond physical fitness.
