1 on 1 Personal Training
Experience results-based training and detailed-oriented sessions
customized to your unique needs, background, and goals. Our training
the approach incorporates various modalities such as barbell/powerlifting,
kettlebell metabolic conditioning, and bodyweight/calisthenics for
comprehensive results.
Semi-Private Personal Training
Experience the best of both worlds with semi-private training (3 to 5
individuals). Benefit from individualized programming at the cost of
group training, while sharing coaching and guidance.
Group Kettlebell Classes
Master fundamental kettlebell movements and enhance strength,
conditioning, mobility, and body composition with the guidance of an
instructor holding StrongFirst SFG1 and Kettlebell Concepts Level 2
certifications as well as 15+ years of experience.
